Summary
As part of your Mentoring programme, you decide the area in which you want to achieve excellence and annually your excellence mentor will work with you for a minimum of 1 hour a month with up to 30 additional minutes for action planning. Changing the focus & direction of your sessions is acceptable and therefore it is possible to achieve excellence in more than one area within the annual cycle of a programme.
Added Value
For organisations with more than one employee to be mentored, Excellence Mentors can supply programmes & mentors upon scheduled days enabling a number of employees to access the services of a mentor on site at their place of work. In some cases sessions can be successfully shortened to 45 minutes with an additional 15 minutes for action planning.
